Platforma de cercetare Wiley Online Library oferă acces cu text integral la reviste străine științifice de cercetare în format online, fără alt suport magnetic sau pe hârtie. La sfârșitul lunii iulie 2010 a fost lansată platforma Wiley Online Library care a înlocuit platforma Wiley InterScience.
Pe platforma Wiley Online Library se regăsesc 1,500 de reviste, peste 14,000 de cărți online, sute de of mulți-volume de lucrări de referință, baze de date și alte resurse.
Wiley Online Library oferă acces la peste 4 milioane de articole din peste 1,500 de reviste ale editurilor John Wiley & Sons, inclusiv imprinturile Wiley-Blackwell, Wiley-VCH și Jossey-Bass.

Abonamentul la Wiley Online Library Journals oferă:
1. Acces la Wiley Online Library la textul integral pentru revistele selectate;
2. Acces la rezumatele articolelor disponibile din toate domeniile științifice (reviste, cărți, serii de cărți, enciclopedii);
3. Accesul continuu pe perioada contractelor încheiate, fără perioade de restricţionare la revistele şi publicaţiile conţinute de platformă: la rezumatele articolelor disponibile pe platforma si la articolele in text integral ale revistelor ce fac parte din serviciul abonat;
4. Actualizare zilnică, săptămânală, lunară sau trimestrială pentru colecția de reviste conform periodicitații revistelor și a apariției articolelor pe platformă;
5. Se oferă facilităţi de tipărire, salvare a informaţiilor, a rezultatelor căutărilor, pe format hârtie şi format electronic (memory stick, CD/DVD), trimitere pe email fără restricţii între membrii cofinanţatori ai Asociaţiei Anelis Plus;
6. Furnizarea de tutoriale în limba română atât în format tipărit cât şi în format electronic si de materiale cu informaţii privind conţinutul şi utilizarea bazelor de date;
7. Accesul la informație se face prin Internet (interfaţă web), prin autentificarea adreselor IP publice ale instituţiei abonate, 24 de ore din 24;
8. Acces gratuit şi nelimitat pentru utilizatori în cadrul domeniilor de adrese IP aparţinând instituţiilor abonate și a conturilor utilizatorilor aparţinând respectivelor instituţii.
Specificații platformă:
1. Articolele științifice online în text integral sunt identice din punct de vedere al conținutului cu cele din varianta tipărită;
2. Motorul de căutare al platformei Wiley Online Library permite căutarea în toate numerele revistelor disponibile pe această platformă online simultan;
3. Se pot efectua căutări după cuvinte cheie, autori, titlul revistei, titlul articolului sau căutări avansate după o serie de filtre introduse de cercetători;
4. Oferă posibilitatea de configurare a unui cont personal prin care fiecare cercetător poate salva articolele de interes, căutările efectuate și bibliografiile (My account);
5. Posibilitatea de a accesa online articole științifice acceptate spre publicare de editorii revistelor înainte ca acestea să apară în varianta tipărită a revistei prin opțiunea „Early View”;
6. Numărul maxim de conexiuni simultane pe care îl permite deținătorul bazei de date este nelimitat;
7. Posibilitatea programării unor „alerte” (instrument de lucru care generează un e-mail către utilizator ori de câte ori un apare un nou articol care satisface un cumul de criterii definit).
Cerințele specifice de sistem necesare pentru accesarea și livrarea conținutului sunt următoarele:
• Sistem de operare: Windows, Linux sau Mac;
• Calculatorul de pe care se accesează platforma trebuie să fie conectat la internet;
• Browser WEB standard ca Netscape Navigator™ 4.0 (minim) sau Microsoft® Internet Explorer 4.0 (minim) sau variante echivalente;
• Adobe Acrobat Reader pentru descărcarea articolelor de text integral în format PDF;
• Adresa de E-mail pentru trimiterea articolelor de interes selectate.
